Penacony, the Planet of Festivities in the Asdana star system in the world of Honkai: Star Rail. Famously known as a vacation spot amongst celebrities, Penacony is a luxurious, colossal space station megastructure housing The Reverie Hotel positioned in the sky where people flock to in search of dreams. In each hotel room sits a Dreampool that transports guests to a realm of dreams where everything and anything can come true. In this dream world, you are able to visit the many places Penacony's dreamspace offers such as Golden Hour, the city bathed in luxury and festivities, and the Clock Studios Theme Park, a theme park built around Penacony's cartoon mascot, Clockie.

ONE

Penacony originally was a prison under the jurisdiction of the Interastral Peace Corporation (IPC). However, under the management of the Family, Penacony has transformed into a grand utopia that welcomes the entire cosmos to revel in luxury, blissful dreams, and excitement.

The Family is a gathering of beings from different worlds blessed by Xipe the Harmony. The Family calls out to other worlds with their song, encouraging them to embrace Harmony and when a world accepts the blessing of Xipe, they hold celebrations.

In the center of Golden Hour sits a statue of Clockie, a famous character in a long-running cartoon series with over 10,000 episodes. His companions include Mr. Soda, Origami Birds, Hanu, and Hamster Ball Knight. He is beloved by both the locals and visitors, and only is visible to those with a childlike soul.

He is inspired by Earth's versions of American 1920's style cartoon mascots, such as Looney Toons or Mickey Mouse. However, this series remains relatively unknown to other planets in the Asdana star system because of its retro art style.

THREE

Penacony's most important event is the Charmony Festival, occuring only once in each Amber Era. When the Charmony Festival is performed, Xipe bestows blessings upon the planet. While it could be held on any planet, it is usually held in the Penacony Grand Theater followed by a grand performance. You may be able to win VIP seats if you are to pass the SoulGlad Festivity Auditions.
